Here I will be describing the positive and negative aspects of using each character, as well as what their in game abilities may be.

HOT PANTS

DESIGN

Her design is unique and although it hasn't got many different designs to use for alternate outfits, she does have her Nun outfit from the Civil War chapters (v15c56) Her outfit has a lot of individual pieces that change slightly between appearances, which means it makes it easier to know how the original manga simplifies her design.

Stand: CREAM STARTER -Hot Pants can spray a certain amount of flesh to act as a projectile, using her own flesh, or absorbing the flesh of an individual by directly touching them, to use as fuel for her spray. It seems that for small uses, no flesh is needed. The flesh can fly tens of meter in the air if need be, but Hot Pants typically uses the spray within proximity of herself.

In the game this could be used to immobilise enemies or to attack from long range like in the true mans world (v08c34) arc. A similar ability that is already implemented in the game would be 'hermit purple' and 'emperor' used by Joseph Joestar and hol horse respectively.

MOUNTAIN TIM

DESIGN

Mountain Tim's design is really interesting and has a lot of layers, his outfit is the most stereotypically 'cowboy' looking outfit which I think is what draws me to him the most out of the characters.

He has two slightly different outfits, one that he wears from his first full appearance in the 13th chapter until his last appearance in chapter 37, where he is wearing a more winter type outfit.

Stand: OH LONESOME ME

Oh! Lonesome Me manifests mainly in Mountain Tim's ability to separate and spread himself along a rope. Tim's interior is darkened and not anatomically articulate. He can use this ability to survive a bomb attack and to escape the magnetism of 'tomb of the boom'. He can use it to spread other peoples bodies as well, however this is not put into use often.

In game, this could be translated into an ability much like Old- Joseph Joestar's Hermit purple, where he can use it to gain high ground, and tie enemies. Tim is also seen using a gun, so much like hol horse and Guido Mista, he can use that as his primary attack.

BLACKMORE

DESIGN

Blackmore's design is relatively simplistic, consisting of only a few colours and with only 3 layers it would be easy to translate this into the game, though he only appears for a few chapters, meaning he would have no alternate outfits to work from.

Stand: CATCH THE RAINBOW

Catch the rainbow allows Blackmore to control rainfall, needing there to be natural rain in order for the stand to activate and when the rain stops, so does the stands abilities. Creating rainfall artificially also does nothing to activate the stand. The stand manifests itself as a mask that he often wears on the side of his head when he is not using his abilities.

This would be very difficult to implement into a game, as you would need to have rain active in every level that Blackmore is played on, and for the Joestar mansion level that is impossible. He also has no other abilities or weapons, making him unusable.

RINGO ROADAGAIN

DESIGN

One of my favourite designs in the entire series I would have loved for him to be a playable character, but once again as his appearance was so short there would be no alternate outfits for him. I really like the juxtaposition between his slightly timid personality with the design reminiscent of 80's bands.

Stand: MANDOM

Mandom never portrays any form of combat ability, but rather, supports Ringo during his duels. Although keeping its ability a secret would be an advantage, Ringo prefers to explain its power to his opponent due to his beliefs.

By turning a hand on his wristwatch, Mandom will rewind time by exactly 6 seconds. Ringo himself does not need to turn the hand to activate the ability; moving it with something like a bullet would also trigger the rewind.

Because the stand is more of a support to Ringo, I believe that he would not actually be added, as most characters with more supportive stands, like Leone Abbachio, were not added despite the rest of their teams being added. However, I do believe that because Ringo uses his support stand much more aggressively, using it often to negate damage from being shot, it would be entirely possible for him to be added. Though it would have to have some adjustment's made to when and how he can use his ability, perhaps saving the time rewind for his duel heat attack or as a cooldown ability, like Dio and Jotaro's timestop works.

DR.FERDINAND

DESIGN

Another one of my favourite designs Ferdinand appears very androgynous, including having heavily drawn lower eyelashes and bright lipstick, the latter being a staple on many male characters in Part 7. I really think this design is one of the more underrated from the series.

Stand: SCARY MONSTERS

Scary Monsters deploys the might and agility of the ancient dinosaurs in various ways, and can also take control of people through simple contact, making facing it a dangerous endeavour. Scary Monsters' main ability is to infect other living beings with a virus which transforms them into dinosaurs, but also allows the user to control them. Ferdinand can hide inside of his dinosaurs.

As Diego already has scary monsters in the game, Ferdinand would be redundant to add, however since Diego uses it to transform himself, where Ferdinand transforms others and hides inside of the dinosaurs, I believe it could be a fun alternative to the playstyle that Diego has.
